At ADIROBH, we deal in natural, organic, and hygiene-sensitive products like Henna Powder. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
Returns

Opened or used henna powder products are NOT eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, leaked, or incorrect condition.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

Clear unboxing video or images must be shared as proof.

The product must be in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to customer handling

Damaged or Wrong Product

Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping will be borne by ADIROBH.

Otherwise, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
