Refund policy

At ADIROBH, we deal in natural, organic, and hygiene-sensitive products like Henna Powder. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

  • Opened or used henna powder products are NOT eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged, leaked, or incorrect condition.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.

  • Clear unboxing video or images must be shared as proof.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used henna powder

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products purchased during sale or with special discounts (if mentioned)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaked package

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or unboxing video

  • Issue description

Refunds

  • Once the issue is verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping will be borne by ADIROBH.

  • Otherwise, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Final Note

ADIROBH reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after inspecting the product and provided evidence.
